Francis is his name

...But "Francis" just doesn't seem appropriate for him at all.

I wanted to draw him ever since i saw Felidae, but i didn't think i could get it right. Ever seen it? Such a vexing film...

He's not as evil as he seems to appear in this pic. In fact, he's not supposed to be evil at all! I kind dig how the eyes came out. -_-
